Teledyne Paradise Datacom’s Indoor 3RU Solid State Power Amplifiers represent the latest in High Power Microwave Amplifier Technology. The SSPA chassis achieves the highest power density in the industry along with enhanced maintainability. The power supply, fan trays and controller card connector plate are all removable for easy maintenance. At 25.25” deep, and only 3RU high, this chassis is perfect for SNG applications, or other configurations where rack space is at a premium.

  • Low Noise Pre-Amplifiers

    Praxsym

Low Noise Pre-Amplifier and companion external low noise amplifier (LNA) are used to amplify low level microwave signals. The Pre-Amplifier contains an AC/DC power supply, internal low noise amplifier, and a bias tee to source a DC bias voltage on the RF input connector. To overcome cable loss between the test antenna and the Pre-Amplifier assembly, a remote low noise amplifier (LNA) is mounted directly onto the 10 GHz antenna. A bias tee inside the Pre-Amplifier chassis powers the remote LNA through the coax cable interconnecting the pre-amplifier and the 10 GHz test antenna.

  • Gain Shape Linearizer Amplifiers

    Teledyne RF & Microwave

Gain Shape amplifiers are used in a number of applications where it's necessary to flatten the gain characteristic of the preceding or following component. This would include flattening the attenuation of a long cable run or perhaps changing the input gain response to a MPM (Microwave Power Module) or TWT (Traveling Wave Tube) to compensate for the gain variation within the tube.
